WhatHoroscope.com ("the Platform") provides astrological content, horoscope readings, and other related services ("Services") for entertainment purposes only. The content on the Platform should not be considered as professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided on the Platform.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or applicability of any predictions, readings, or advice provided by the Platform, its advisors, or third-party contributors. The Platform serves as an intermediary to facilitate communication between users and advisors. Advisors are independent contractors and are not employees, representatives, or agents of the Company.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk. The Company expressly disclaims liability for any losses, damages, or negative outcomes resulting from your reliance on the Services. You should seek the advice of qualified professionals for specific concerns.

If you are under 18 or otherwise considered a minor in your jurisdiction, please do not use this Platform.

Terms & Conditions

1) Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any digital content or services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you purchase for a minor, you confirm you are their parent/guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.

3) Nature of Services — Important Disclaimers

Our content (including readings, horoscopes, numerology, tarot, reports, and guidance) is for entertainment and self-reflection only.

We do not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Seek qualified professionals for those areas.

We do not guarantee outcomes, accuracy of predictions, or any particular result. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

Where we facilitate introductions to advisors/consultants, they operate as independent contractors, not our employees, agents, or representatives. We do not warrant, guarantee, or verify their credentials or advice.

4) Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or violations.

5) Authorized Use & Prohibited Conduct

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site for non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes;
  • scrape, crawl, or automate access;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code;
  • upload malware or interfere with security/availability;
  • infringe IP/privacy rights, harass others, or impersonate any person/entity.

Violation may result in suspension/termination and legal action.

6) Services Offered

The Platform offers (without limitation): daily/weekly/personalized horoscopes; numerology and tarot content; games/quizzes; digital reports and PDFs; and live/offline consultations. All services are provided "AS IS," for entertainment only and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or psychological decisions.

7) Payment Services, Billing & Charges

7.1 Merchant of Record & Processors

You authorize WhatHoroscope.com ("Merchant of Record") to charge your selected payment method for purchases on WhatHoroscope.com. We use third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, card networks, UPI or net-banking providers where available) (collectively, "Processors"). Processors are independent third parties; your use of them may be subject to their terms and acceptable-use policies.

7.2 Payment Methods & Authorization

By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and you authorize us and the Processor to (a) place a temporary authorization/hold; (b) capture the full amount when the order is accepted; (c) charge any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charged by the Processor or your bank. You agree to receive electronic receipts.

7.3 Pricing, Taxes & Currency

Prices are shown in USD or INR or other currencies unless stated otherwise and may change before you place an order. Displayed amounts may exclude taxes unless labeled. You are responsible for GST/VAT/sales taxes and any FX or cross-border fees your bank or Processor applies. Where we collect taxes, we do so as required by law.

7.4 Payment Review, Holds & Fraud Screening

For risk management, some payments may show PENDING or "Payment Review" while a Processor or bank completes checks. During review, your order may be held and access delayed. If a payment is later denied, reversed, or refunded, we may automatically revoke access to the purchased digital content and/or cancel the order.

7.5 Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal (if enabled)

We currently do not offer subscriptions or auto-renewal services. All purchases are one-time transactions for digital products and services.

7.6 Delivery & Access Triggers

For digital items, "delivery" occurs when we (i) provide a download link or (ii) enable access in your account or (iii) email the completed report. Timeframes (e.g., 12–48 hours) are good-faith estimates and may extend if your inputs are incomplete or require clarification.

7.7 Refunds & Cancellations

1. Digital Products & Reports

All personalized reports, forecasts, and astrological readings are non-refundable once delivered. These are custom-created digital products and are considered consumed upon delivery.

2. Subscription Services

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.

3. Consultations (Live or Recorded)

Astrology sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a reschedule. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, technical failures preventing delivery, or other exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

7.8 Chargebacks & Disputes

Before opening a bank dispute or PayPal claim, you agree to contact support first at support@whathoroscope.com so we can investigate and resolve. Filing a chargeback while the order is eligible for normal support may be treated as a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to provide evidence (order logs, delivery timestamps, IP/device data) to the Processor to contest unfounded chargebacks.

7.9 Cancellations & Rescheduling (Consultations)

Live/recorded sessions may be rescheduled if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without timely notice are non-refundable. If we must cancel, we will offer a reschedule or a refund for the session fee.

7.10 Promotions, Coupons & Store Credit

Discounts/coupons apply only to qualifying items and expire per their terms. Coupons are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed. Store credit (if granted) is a goodwill instrument, redeemable only on the Platform, with no cash redemption, and may carry an expiry date.

7.11 Errors & Corrections

We may cancel and refund orders with pricing/description errors, system faults, or suspected fraud. If your payment fails or is later declined, we may cancel the order and/or ask you to provide a new payment method.

7.12 No Custody or Money Transmission

We do not provide banking, escrow, or money-transmission services. Payments are processed by third-party Processors; funds settle to us per their settlement schedules. We do not hold consumer funds on account for you.

7.13 SCA/3-D Secure, OTP & KYC

Where required (e.g., RBI/European SCA), you agree to complete any additional authentication (3-D Secure/OTP) and provide any verification information a Processor or bank reasonably requests. Failure to do so may result in decline or cancellation.

7.14 Data Security & Storage

We do not store full card numbers or CVV. Sensitive payment data is handled by PCI-compliant Processors using tokenization and encryption. We may store transaction metadata (timestamps, amounts, last-4, card brand, PayPal Transaction ID) to provide receipts, support, and fraud prevention.

7.15 Compliance & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for prohibited activities under Processor policies (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) or applicable law. We may decline, restrict, or reverse transactions that violate acceptable-use rules, sanctions, AML, or fraud-screening criteria.

7.16 Records & Invoices

We provide electronic receipts/invoices. To request a tax invoice with GST details (if applicable), email support@whathoroscope.com within 30 days of purchase with your GSTIN and order number.

7.17 Contact for Billing Issues

For billing questions, refunds consistent with these Terms, or payment disputes, contact: support@whathoroscope.com or support@whathoroscope.com (include order number, payment method, and a brief description).

PayPal-Specific Notice

Some PayPal captures may show "Pending – Payment Review." When PayPal later approves, we receive the PAYMENT.CAPTURE.COMPLETED webhook and grant/restore access. If PayPal denies or reverses, we receive PAYMENT.CAPTURE.DENIED/REFUNDED/REVERSED and will cancel or revoke access accordingly. Timing is controlled by PayPal; we do not control review duration.

8) Information You Provide

You are responsible for accurate birth data and any other required inputs. We are not liable for delays, inaccuracies, or outcomes caused by incorrect/incomplete information.

9) User-Submitted Content & License

If you submit questions, details, notes, reviews, or testimonials ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, store, process, reproduce, and display such content solely to deliver or improve the Services. Testimonials you explicitly approve for publication may be displayed until you revoke consent for future use.

10) Intellectual Property

All Site content, software, designs, logos, graphics, and compiled reports are owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use purchased content for your private use only. You may not copy, share, resell, scrape, publish, or distribute our content without written permission.

11) Third-Party Services

Payments, analytics, communications, and hosting may be provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability or acts/omissions. Your use of such services may be governed by their terms.

12) Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). By using the Site, you consent to our data practices and to receiving transactional emails (e.g., order confirmations, delivery links, service notices).

13) No Warranties (AS-IS)

The Site and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement). We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Site or any purchase is capped at the amount you paid to us for the product(s)/service(s) giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event.

Some jurisdictions limit disclaimers; where required, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted.

15) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your (a) use of the Site/products, (b) violation of these Terms or law, or (c) infringement of a third party's rights.

16) Dispute Resolution (India); Arbitration; No Class/Representative Actions

Pre-Arbitration Notice: You agree to email a Notice of Dispute to support@whathoroscope.com with a 30-day window to resolve informally.

Arbitration: If unresolved, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Language: English
Arbitral Tribunal: Sole arbitrator appointed per mutual agreement; failing which, appointed in accordance with the Act.
Relief: Individual claims only; no class, collective, or representative proceedings.

This clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court for IP or data-security breaches.

(If arbitration is not enforceable for a given claim, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.)

17) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 16, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

18) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet or platform outages, government action, strikes, natural disasters).

19) Changes to Services or Terms

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Effective/Last Updated" date, and we may provide additional notice where reasonable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

20) Severability, Assignment, Entire Agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. These Terms (plus Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms) are the entire agreement between you and us.
